    I attend Connie's yoga class at Wylies Baths on Wednesdays every week. Her style of Hatha yoga suits me as it is the more conventional style of yoga practice and I certainly feel at the end of the class full of energy ,very relaxed and stretched.I can recommend her classes to anyone. Try it ! Connie also has over 20 years of experience in remedial massage, her massage therapy is also extremely recommendable and excellent value for the cost .Her studio is in a very quiet , calming and natural setting which only adds to the whole relaxing experience.
